Yesterday, Luoyang Deping Technology Co., Ltd. , has dispatched self designed medium frequency induction heaters after well testing.
The medium frequency induction heater is used for both before and after welding as preheat for pipe welding and pipe anticorrosion for the pipe alignments and surrounding parts.
As a new product of the company, the medium frequency induction heater took less than a month from the staring design till final products’ testing and packing. During the testing we found it could make the pipe to 150℃ within three minutes.
