Pneumatic Pipe Line Up Clamp

Our pneumatic pipe line up clamp covers pipe range from 6 inch up to 80 inch, it has different models include standard pipe line up clamp, pipe line up clamp with copper backing shoes, double joint pipe line up clamp and pipe line up clamp with purge system. The equipment is usually controlled by long rod panel, electrical control and remote control are also available according to customer’s requirements.

1. Standard pneumatic pipe line up clamp is mainly used to align two pipes before welding in long distance onshore pipeline construction project.

2. Pipe line up clamp with copper shoes is usually used in onshore/offshore pipeline construction projects, and support automatic welding.

The copper backing shoes are made of heat-resistant alloy copper, each set of shoes can do 500 joints. Please see the picture of copper shoes after 300 joints as below:

3. Double joint pipe line up clamp is mainly used for pipe fabrication, when the internal clamp is rotating with pipe, four rows of clamp shoes can make the perfect welding performance.

4. The pipe line up clamp with purge system is for total nickel-based pipe, clad pipe & stainless steel pipe alignment before welding. It is equipped with an oxygen content measurement device, which can monitor the oxygen real-time to ensure the welding quality. Air flow of inflation system can reach 30L/min, inflation can reduce oxygen content under 100 ppm within 2-5 minutes.
