  • Luoyang Deping Work In Russia Sino Pipeline Project II

    Sino-Russian pipeline project II is a key project in energy field between the two countries, and it is one of China's four big energy channels. This pipeline has received high attention from it's initiation. The Sino-Russian pipeline is not only the first long-distance pipeline used Hot rod measures to control the permafrost thaw, but also the first full implementation of mechanized long-distance pipeline, it is a long distance pipeline with highest proportion of fully automatic welding till now.

    At present, the project is under step by step construction, Deping technology automatic pipe welding machine is used in this project for the X70 pipeline welding length at 50KM , pipe diameter 813mm with wall thickness 12mm.

    Sino-Russian pipeline project II has get into winter construction statues, the low environment temperature(range at -20~ -30 degree centigrade) is a huge challenge for our equipment, In addition, the harsh climate has caused Deping engineers to debugging the automatic pipe welding machine more difficult, our engineers go to site before down and leaves late at night every day to save time for the project construction. After a week of hard work, the equipment was done the debugging and commissioning. Now the equipment has been running well. This means that the Depping welding equipment(pipe facing machine, internal welding machine, paywelder)can work well in low temperature.
