Paywelder work as power supply of welding machines (semi-automatic or automatic welders) during pipeline construction, it is also equipped with lorry loading crane, as well the air compressor can be carried by paywelder per user’s demand.

Currently most paywelder brands in the market have gear box for transmission, however the paywelder, independently developed by Luoyang Deping Mechanical Equipments Co., Ltd., adopt patented design of incorporate engine, generator with hydraulic pump, no gear box between these parts. It largely reduce power consumption and ease maintenance jobs. Meanwhile patented design of hydraulic clutch system is introduced in our pay welder, it leads to the unloaded power consumption only 1.2kw at the welding condition, it save fuel cost around USD8,000~16,000 a year.

In pipeline construction process, the top concern of users is performance reliability, it is not rare that projects are delayed due to errors of construction equipments. To assure tbe best performance, we adopts the world-class brand as our component suppliers: i.e. electric control cabinet from SIEMENS (Germany) or ABB (U.S.A), lorry loading crane from UNIC (Japan) etc. in addition the steering cab is covered by 2.5mm wall thickness cold-rolled plate to ensure the driver’s safety.
