The equipment will be used for automatic welding on offshore pipe laying barge, we strive for excellence on each detail. I will give three examples.

We confirm the wall thickness accurate to the two decimal places, and the copper back up shoe shop drawing is able to be finalized after repeatedly confirmation. Wall thickness and copper back up shoe is the most core data used in internal line-up clamp, an accurate data can make a close fit between copper back up shoe and pipe inner wall.

Our engineers listed the name and model for the needed spare parts, according to the customer onsite pictures. Such as the screw, it is very cheap in the normal market, but we use the special heat-resistant type in our internal line-up clamp.
