    During the big size cold bending manufacturing process, ensure steel pipe surface wrinkle and ovality match technical manual, which is always the main problem on bending technique and construction worker facing, how to manufacture the cold bending pipe which satisfy pipeline construction demand, how to solve some technical problems during pipe cold bending producing process, those are the bending pipes prefabricate worker’s target.

    All the pipe bending machine parts can be protected even under the severe condition, such as raining, improper operation, mis-operation and overload, All the system are well worked under the condition of ±40℃ and 0~100% humidity. Pipe bending machine also can be operated by altitude 0~3000m. Suitable work square should be chosen before working, if so, operation square not only can fit for stack straight pipes and bending pipes, but also prove the ground can bear the equipment pressure

    Manufacturing point as below:

    1)Checking for pipes Please check and ensure the proto pipe surface has no oil stain, pit, bend and erosion resistant coating, clear antiseptic number and pipe number , no writing mistakes, no apparent defect etc, make the good checking record
    2)Pipe bending die—Set top die datum point, pipe die must be accurately posited under the top die and stay in this position during bending every time, or the pipes might be deformed or damager. Pipe die is in the inside of pipes during bending operation, operator can not see the pipe dies
    3)Bending process bipe bending machines can bend the pipes with or without coatings, the max. coating thickness is 10mm
    4)Operating problems

    Maintenance

    1)Clean the air filter of pipe bending macine once a week normally, while in some strong sand wind area, it should be cleaned once a day
    2)Replace the engine oil and filter on every working 250h or consume fuel 8500L
    3)Checking battery and clean contact every 250h
    4)Upper grease on guider rollers every week
    5)Upper grease on each bearing of hydraulic cylinder
    6)Checking crankcase, hydraulic oil, hydraulic circuit every day
    7)Check whether has oil leaking problems
